Handbook of Human Resource Management in Government (Jossey-Bass Nonprofit and Public Management Series) Books on PA – Casie Parrish – Sacramento, CA
Book is a good asset to the PA field, however there are many other books written from a more interactive prospective. Regardless if one is seeking a traditional text book style work on Human Resource Management, this is the book for you.
Broad and fair – Aldo F. Ramirez –
As far as I get to the book I think it is broad and fair enough to allow an understanding of Public Human Resources Management, what I would expect beyond would be some attempts of measuring performance or quantitative models or more specific details in the area.
Best,
Aldo
